Sino-Japanese Relations – a Civilian Dialogue

Sino-Japanese relations have been in a roller-coaster ride for the past century. As such relations are usually viewed in historical and political perspectives in the mass media, this forum aims at providing an alternative platform for exchange of views at the civilians’ level. Japanese speakers will share their experience working in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia, while the Chinese speaker will share his experience working and living in Japan and how they perceive the relationship and friendship of these two nations. The dialogues at the civilian level will bring a better and more balanced understanding and insight of contemporary Sino-Japanese relations. The forum will be conducted in English.
