NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2020 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follow:

Date:        24^th November 2020 (Tuesday)

Time:        6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Venue:      The HKUGA Premises * and the Zoom online meeting platform

Location:   17/F, Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

* Under the current Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation, there is a prohibition on group gatherings of more than six persons. Members are welcome to join the meeting online or sending a signed Proxy to the Association. Pre-registration required for being present at the meeting venue.

A G E N D A

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 14^th December 2019;
2. To receive and adopt the President's Report;
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st March 2020 and the auditors’ report thereon;
4. To elect the Executive Committee 2020-2022;
5. To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to determine their remuneration;
6. To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association; and
7. To transact any other business.

Note:-

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. The completed proxy form with the original signature must reach the President of the Association at 17/F Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong not later than 6:30 p.m. on 22^nd November 2020.
