NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2021 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follow:

Date:         20th December 2021 (Monday)

Time:        6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Venue:      The Global Lounge of the University of Hong Kong

Location:   G/F, Fong Shu Chuen Amenities Centre, The University of Hong Kong

A G E N D A

1.To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 24th November 2020.

2.To receive and adopt the President's Report.

3.To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2021 and the auditors’ report thereon.

4.To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee  to determine their remuneration.

5.To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association.

6.To transact any other business.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. The completed proxy form must be deposited at 17/F., Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong not later than 6:00 p.m. on 18th December 2021.
