NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2022 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follow:

Date:            19^th December 2022 (Monday)

Time:            6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Venue:          Restaurant of The Chinese Banks’ Association Limited

Location:       5/F, South China Building, 1 Wyndham Street, Central

A G E N D A

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 20^th December 2021.
2. To receive and adopt the President's Report.
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st March 2022 and the auditors’ report thereon.
4. To elect the Executive Committee 2022-2024.
5. To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to determine their remuneration.
6. To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association.
7. To transact any other business.
