About Speakers
(1) Dr. Brian Wong, Assistant Professor in Philosophy, HKU
Fellow, Centre on Contemporary China and the World, HKU
Dr. Brian Wong will give audience an overview on the regional conflicts taking place from academic perspective
(2) Ms. Amy Fung, CEO of World Vision Hong Kong
Ms. Amy Fung will share with audience her firsthand experience in Somaliland, a fragile and conflicting region in Africa, and her insights on what have been done and can be done from humanitarian perspective
(3) Ms. Angel Ng, Author of《永遠有人在曠野:以巴流離》and《識去旅行,一定係去伊朗》
Ms. Angel Ng will share with audience her firsthand experience from her interactions with war-affected people during her visits to Israel, Palestine and Iran, giving audience a more personal perspective.
